Terms & Policies

Please read the following before any prior transaction, as it's very important for me to have a problem-free environment for both you (the client) and for myself. Any client that contacts me for a service is already expected to have read these Terms & Policies and therefore agree to them fully.

1.Services
Jolly Jujube is not required to finish any work in a specific time period unless discussed previously with client, and an agreement has been made on a specific due date. Finished work depends on availability, difficulty of work, and how quickly a client provides required information.

Jolly Jujube has the right to deny any services if it involves anything illegal or anything I find improper.

Clients who contact me for any service should be of legal age (18) or have a guardian who takes full responsibilty before doing any business transactions.

Any service/product that a client fails to pay for any reason possible remains property of Jolly Jujube and therefore, can be put up for sale for another client. Only products and services that clients have paid in full will be owned by the client... only then can a client claim the product as their property.

Any client that is unreachable or "dissapears" for a period of 3 months or more without prior notice and hasn't made full payments for a product or service, will no longer be considered a client and therefore, product remains property of Jolly Jujube and can and will be provided for someone else.

2.Payments & Refunds
For any ready-made products such as pre-made templates,graphics, and other items.. full payment is required by client unless discussed otherwise.

For all other services such as custom templates, graphics, or any other services that requires my time to create/complete.. a 50% of the total costs is required to be deposited on Jolly Jujube's paypal account before beginning on any service or product. The remaining payment should be provided before we provide you with final product.

Any product or services that costs 75$ or less should be paid in full.

Due to the nature of our services.. products/services provided are non-refundable. If client deposits 50% for a service and later decides that he/she no longer wants the requested service for any reason.. the amount provided is non-refundable as that would pay for any time used for the service.

3.Privacy Policy
Jolly Jujube does not provide any personal information about a client to any third party.

We have the right to put up any work on the site's portfolio unless discussed otherwise with client.

All template designs created by Jolly Jujube requires the footer note (Template by JollyJujube.com) to remain intact and is not removable by any means.

4.Agreement
Once a client makes a payment for any product or service , he/she agrees to these terms & policies.
